This project addresses the food industry’s effect on our knowledge of food. The work examines how furniture can have a pedagogical function and tell about the process of food with form and texture. The table is inspired by the rural traditional bakehouse, where communal making is a natural part of everyday life. Exhibited at The Museum of Furniture Studies in Stockholm.
